    For minors under 15 years old, parental or guardian consent will be required before any personal data is collected.

    • Evaluating your eligibility for programmes and scholarships,

Your data will be retained for a maximum of five (5) years after the conclusion of the application process, unless required by law to retain it for longer. After this period, all personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

    The Organisation would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
    • The right to access: You have the right to request of the Organisation for copies of your personal data.
    • The right to rectification: You have the right to request that the Organisation corrects any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that the Organisation completes the information you believe is incomplete.
    • The right to erasure: You have the right to request that the Organisation erases your personal data, if any of the conditions listed in Article 17 of GDPR apply.
    • The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that the Organisation restrict the processing of your personal data, if any of the conditions listed in Article 18 of GDPR apply.
    • The right to object to processing: You have the right to object to the Organisation’s processing of your personal data, if any of the conditions listed in Article 21 GDPR apply.
    • The right to data portability: You have the right to request that the Organisation transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, if any of the conditions listed in Article 20 of GDPR apply.
    • The right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (DPA) if you believe your data rights have been violated.
